Annual Meeting Schedule 3:30 - Registration begins; crafts and booths open in Magic Room Petting Zoo, clown, jumping castle - FFA Hall. 4:30-6:30 - Complimentary supper catered by Royal Fork - Magic Room Booths and displays in the Magic Room. 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. - Entertainment on the Main Stage by the Java Jive Jazz Band 6:30 - Business meeting begins 6:45 - Report of caucus meetings and voting 7 p.m. - Keynote Speaker Andrew Serri, CEO and General Manager of Basin Electric Power Co.
