CAUCUS/INFORMATIONAL MEETING NOTICE - TO VEC MEMBERS
The annual District Nomination Caucus meetings for Verendrye Electric Cooperative, Inc. are held in April for the purpose of nominating directors for the election that will be held at Verendrye Electric Cooperative's annual membership meeting in June.
Nominations for directors can also be made at the annual meeting from the floor. Elected directors will serve for a period of three years.
Dates and locations of the the caucus meetings will be posted in February. You can also call VEC at 1-800-472-2141 for more information.
