Each April Verendrye conducts caucus meetings in each of the three board member districts of the cooperative. At these meetings, Verendye members may nominate members to have their names placed on the ballot at the June annual meeting. See the Verendrye owners manual for director district areas.
This years caucus meetings are scheduled as follows:
Western District on April 15, 2008 noon at Curt's Place in Ryder.
Eastern District on April 16, 2008 noon at Ranch House in Towner.
Central District on April 17, 2008 noon at Verendrye in Velva.
A complimentary noon lunch will be served at all the caucus meetings. All members are encouraged to attend any district's caucus/information meeting. Actual director nominations, however, must be made at the appropriate district's caucus meeting.
The 2008 annual meeting will be held at the North Dakota State Fair Center in Minot on Thursday, June 5th.
