Electric Heating Rate
Verendrye Electric's dual and off-peak storage heat rate is $.038 per kwh. A dual heat system is an electric heating system with a fossil fuel backup. A storage heating system is where a concert floor is heated to provide heat to the building. Our $.038 per kwh rate is the same for the whole heating season and is lower cost per BTU then propane or fuel oil.
